Shipping policy

Unmatched Ambition is not responsible for customers entering incorrect shipping addresses. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is given, we are not liable, and no refunds will be issued.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties on their purchases. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned, no refund will be issued.

Customers must pick up their packages from their local post office if a delivery attempt is missed. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate with their post office and customs if their package is being held. If a package is returned to the sender due to the customer not resolving the issue in time, Unmatched Ambition will not provide a refund. If we receive the returned package, customers must repay shipping fees for reshipment. If the package is not returned, no refund will be given.

Unmatched Ambition is not liable for packages that are sent back to the sender.
